Accident & Emergency (A&E)

ER Systems operates in partnership with several NHS Ambulance Services across the United Kingdom (UK) and provides a rapid, responsive and cost-effective solution to meet demand with a proven track record. All of our staff are either Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Paramedics and/or Qualified Emergency Care Assistants/Emergency Medical Technicians trained in the First Responder Emergency Care (FREC) Programme. The standard of training matches that of an NHS Ambulance Service and we provide regular update training for our staff development.

The criteria for an Independent Ambulance Service to be selected and accepted by an NHS Trust is extremely detailed and robust. We as an Independent Ambulance Service are subjected to inspections not only by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) but by every NHS Trust we service.

Our operational fleet of vehicles consists of Double Crewed Ambulances including Bariatric (DCA), Rapid Response Vehicles (RRV), 4×4 Response Vehicles, Specialist Unmarked Vehicles and Incident Support Vehicles. All of our vehicles undergo vigorous inspections and maintenance programmes with our in house mechanics, including MOTs, servicing schedules and deep cleaning regimes which are closely monitored through our compliance systems.
