ACES

The IAM sponsored this year’s Scottish Annual Conference and Award for Executive Secretaries and PAs was the 10th Anniversary of ACES – Awarding and Celebrating Excellence in Scotland. 

Aces is a conference, exhibition and awards ceremony for PAs, EAs, office managers and office support professionals in Scotland and provides a one-stop-shop for learning, development, knowledge sharing and networking. 

The focus of the 10th anniversary conference was on managing and promoting workplace change, developing professional skills and achieving more personally in the next decade. The conference partnered with Scottish Rugby Hospitality and this year’s conference and awards took place on Friday 23rd June at BT Murrayfield. 

The IAM provided the final speaker of the day, award-winning trainer and IAM partner Paul Pennant from Today’s PA. Paul was his usual charming self and amazed delegates with hints, tips and secrets about Microsoft Outlook.
