We are pleased to report that the IAM will be represented at the upcoming M.E.E.T.S Congress & Exhibition – https://www.me-education.com/ – by our Iraq and Kurdistan Region International Chapter, founded and managed by Dr Hemin F. Najmadden and John Butterworth from QDG (the Quality Development Group). M.E.E.T.S runs from 5 September to 9 September and will create a sophisticated meeting point between students and educational structures from inside Iraq and abroad.
International chapters represent the IAM in different countries, supporting professionals and employers, and providing a structure for people working within administrative management to be professionally recognised.
John and Hemin are the driving force behind the chapter in the region, both bringing an abundance of knowledge and business management experience.

John Butterfield.
John is an experienced company executive and business strategist. He holds a Master’s degree in business continuity. John has operated as CEO for a number of companies over the past 20 years. He works internationally and in complex environments to assist companies develop their business strategies and management systems. He is a qualified Lead Auditor, which has helped him to develop an eye for detail to make sure nothing is left unturned when assisting organisations to do root and branch reviews of their operating practices.
John maintains his registration as a UK paramedic and ensures the quality and compliance of his Care Quality Commission registered Private Ambulance Service. John is passionate about introducing technology-driven solutions to his clients, bringing about cost-effective, efficient platforms to help organisations to achieve their goals.
Hemin Najmadden
Hemin is project and performance management professional with over 10 years of expertise in leadership, management, operations, quality management, and training and development in both public and private sectors. Hemin has crafted and nurtured his acumen, competency and efficacy having completed qualifications in medicine & surgery, public health management and leadership, strategic management and leadership, professional consulting and learning and development management. Having headed up projects and centres in Kurdistan, Iraq and UK organisations, Hemin has been appointed as the Chapter Manager.
