Our Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) focuses on the individual’s needs. ER Systems are a highly experienced provider to both the NHS and Private Healthcare Organisations. Our Patient Transport Service provides ambulances to patients who need support to reach their healthcare appointments, or for their admission to and discharge from hospital, due to their medical needs. Our service offers dedicated staff who understand the importance of a care led service. 

ER Systems is able to provide both contracted Patient Transport Services to NHS and Independent Hospitals and Ambulance Trusts. As well as facilitate individual patient transport requests. A caring, personal service is available to all patients, accommodating wheelchair access and stretcher requirements. 

Our Patient Transport Service staff undergo training inline with the NHS Core Skills Framework in order to provide an essential service for people with a medical need. Staff are also trained with specialist knowledge of comprehensive First Aid, Medical Gases, Defibrillator, Driving Skills and Patient Moving and Handling Techniques. 

Bariatric Service

Our Bariatric Service is designed to provide a safe and dignified transport solution to those whose weight, or condition requires specialist transport. We provide a fully equipped specialist ambulance, staffed by experienced personnel that are familiar with conveying bariatric patients with special regard to their dignity and respect.
